Nekyia (9.8%) - Hibernal super saison, brewed to commemorate the winter solstice and the return of longer days and shorter nights. Brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, rye and caramel malts, with an extended boil to further caramelize the wort. Conditioned with smoked chilies, turmeric, and citrus leaves. Big, malty, and warming, with subtle smoke and spice notes.
