A Reverence for Rain (5.2%) - 9 month white wine barrel aged golden sour ale, brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts from Double Eagle Malt House (Huntingdon Valley, PA) and raw wheat from Silver Maple Farms (Cochranville, PA). Dry hopped with Mosaic hops. A puckering acidity reminiscent of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, with leading notes of lychee and pineapple.
