Nebulae, Strawberry Rhubarb (4.2%) - Traditional mixed culture Berliner Weisse brewed with PA Pilsner malt and raw wheat from Silver Maple Farms. Conditioned with honey from StellaLou Farm and carbonically macerated strawberries and rhubarb. The wort passes through our koelschip before being transferred to a vertical fermenter used to continuously produce Nebulae. The blending of young and old beer adds complexity and nuance to this beer; it’s not your average Berliner!
