Gaudium (5.1%) - Farmhouse Wheat Ale brewed with Deer Creek Malt House Pilsner malt, pale oats, and raw wheat from our neighbors. Locally grown Trifoliate orange, coriander and ginger were added to the Koelschip, imparting the beer with graceful notes of citrus and spice.
Available for pick-up at the farm by appointment, or for direct shipping to PA residents only. All orders ship on Mondays via UPS. This item is NOT eligible for flat rate shipping.
